The Routine - Step by Step

Cleanse

Removes overnight oil, sweat, and any residue from evening products. A gentle cleanser is all you need in the morning — nothing stripping. Your skin should feel clean, not tight. Apply to damp skin, massage gently for 30–60 seconds, rinse with lukewarm water.

Hydrate

A hydrating serum or lightweight essence draws water into the skin and keeps it there. This is your moisture foundation for the day — especially important in warm, humid climates where skin loses water faster than you'd expect. Apply to slightly damp skin for best absorption. Pat in — don't rub.

Seal

A moisturiser seals in everything you've applied and strengthens your skin barrier against environmental stress. Choose a lightweight formula for oily or combination skin, a richer cream for dry skin. Apply while skin is still slightly tacky from your hydrating step to lock moisture in.

Protect

The most important step in your routine. SPF protects your skin from UV-driven pigmentation, barrier damage, and premature ageing. Without it, every other product you've applied is working against the clock. Every morning. Indoors or out. No exceptions. Apply as the last skincare step, before makeup. Use a generous amount, most people under-apply. Reapply every 2 hours if you're outdoors.
